Warehousing
The service gives you everything you need as a merchant: goods receipt, unpacking, arrival registration, put-away to pallet and pick-faces, storage and inventory reporting. Pricing is simple — you're billed per stored item and per day stored.
Customer Support
By connecting your store to our standardised APIs your customers get support throughout the order flow. We also handle basic product questions. We currently support 18 languages. Cost is included in delivery and returns.
Delivery
We handle the order flow from placed order to the customer holding the product. Includes customer support, pick & pack, track & trace, customer portal, packaging, shipping to destination country and end customer, plus the return flow including put-back to stock. You're billed per delivered and returned product.
Dropshipping (MSC)
Through our Multi Sales Channel service you can extend your range with products owned by other manufacturers. There's no cost to list them — when a product sells you pay for delivery, the product and a service fee. Everything is warehoused in Sweden with fast delivery.
